TwilightYoga (65+): Class is especially designed for participants 70+ or for those with illness, injury or special needs. Use of chairs and other yoga props to help support balance, flexibility and agility. Yoga is a great way to strengthen your mind and body and stay healthy as well as a great way to unwind from your day. In addition to over 6,000 hours of teaching and studying, Jeanne, your instructor, has over 80 hours of training in Yoga for Seniors and Yoga Therapy for Seniors from Duke Integrative Medicine and is the only instructor in Colorado with this particular designation.
